Super soaked grains is a mixture of whole grains and seeds that have been presoaked and precooked to improve the appearance, flavor, and shelf life while maintaining the qualities of grains bread.  It is sweetened with a touch of molasses, which gives a darker crumb color in the finished products.

Water, high fructose corn syrup, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, millet, flaxseed, and 2% or less of each of the following:  cracked wheat, sea salt, lactic acid, natural flavor (contains wheat)
