Hi-grade salt is manufactured sodium chloride that is granular and white crystalline.  It is food grade and additive free.  It is ideal for baking, canning, pickling, and seasoning.  It can, also, be used in non-food applications.

Top-Flo salt is manufactured sodium chloride that is granular and white crystalline.  It is food grade and certified Kosher for Passover.  In addition to being used in baking, meat processing, and seasonings, it can be used in non-food uses.

 

Salt, Pretzel 25#

Pretzel salt is visually appealing due to its very white appearance.  When added to the top of foods from soft pretzels to rubs, pretzel salt adds a crunch of flavor to recipes.  It is certified Kosher for Passover.
