Sugar-EFG 50#

Extra Fine Granulated sugar is made from a purified and filtered thick juice syrup from sugar cane or sugar beets that is crystallized then dried.  It has a sucrose content no less than 99.85%.

 

Sugar-Organic 50#

Organic, raw cane sugar is non-GMO, USDA organic verified. It has a subtle molasses flavor so it is a good alternative to other sugars.

 

Demerara Sugar 50#

Demerara sugar is a raw sugar of a coarse texture and light, tan color from its natural molasses content.  It is minimally processed from sugar cane.

 

Golden Barrell Raw Sugar

Golden Barrell raw sugar is less refined than traditional white sugar; therefore, it contains more molasses.  It has a natural blond color and contains more natural nutritional value of the sugar cane.

 

Golden Barrell Cinnamon Sugar

Golden Barrell cinnamon sugar is a blend of ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.  In bakery goods, it is wonderful way to boost flavor.

 

Fondant  & Icing Sugar 50#

Fondant and icing sugar is from grinding granulated sugar with cornstarch to create milled powdered sugar.  This delivers smoothness and makes it easier to spread.

 

Invert Sugar 50#

Invert sugar is sweeter than regular sugar.  Because it retains moisture and improves texture, flavor, and color of baked goods, it is ideal for baking and confectionery.  Since it reduces ice crystal formation, it makes ice creams and sorbets more creamy.

 

Sugar-Light Brown 50#

Light brown sugar comes from the same sugar cane as traditional and raw sugar.  It has a buttery, caramel flavor.

 

Dark Brown Sugar 50#

Dark, brown sugar contains a higher percentage of molasses.  Because of this, it has a darker color and richer flavor.

 

6X Powder Sugar 50#

6X powdered sugar describes the size of the particle of sugar.  It is a very fine, powdered sugar with a very smooth texture.  It is primarily used in icings.

 

10X Powder Sugar 50#

10X powdered sugar has more cornstarch than 6X powder sugar.  It has a silky texture making it perfect in buttercream icing, candy making, glazes, dusting, and more.

 

Organic Powdered Sugar 50#

Organic powdered sugar is made from organic sugar cane and tapioca starch.  Tapioca starch is used instead of cornstarch to make it free from GMOs.

 

Sanding Sugar

Sanding sugar is coarse-grained sugar that is made from large, reflective crystals.  It is commonly used in bakery items such as muffins, cupcakes, and cookies because it adds sweetness with a crunchy quality.  Sanding sugar, also, retains color and shape when baked.

 

Sanding Sugar, Con AA#

Con AA sanding sugar is very similar to other sanding sugar but its crystals are larger.  It gives baked goods a nice shine.
