Nutex liquid cake shortening is a premium hi-ratio liquid cake shortening.  It is specially formulated for one stage mixing.  Use less shortening and add more liquids.  The results are moist and tender cakes.  Nutex delivers excellent freeze/thaw quality compared to solid cake shortening.
