Hon-ee Glaze is a precooked, full bodied, all purpose glaze.  It is perfect for pastries, sweet goods, tarts, and cakes.  Glazes and washes dry quickly and retain a high gloss and shine that does not fade or crack.  It is versatile that it can be used with a base for tender, quick setting doughnut glazes, or with a buttercream for moist and glossy icings.  Hon-ee Glaze enhances eye appeal of the finished product.
