Half n Half Dark Pumpernickel is an all inclusive base for producing high quality, flavorful, dark pumpernickel bread.  Just add bread base, yeast, salt, water, and flour to make moist, chewy, fluffy bread.

Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Whole Grain Rye Meal, Salt, Caramel Color, Wheat Gluten, Soybean Oil, and 2% or Less of Each of the Following:  Ground Caraway Seed, Sugar, Lactic Acid, Ground Dill Seed, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
