Green sanding sugar is a coarse, sparkling sugar that enhances the texture and appeal of baked goods while adding a slight sweetness.  It is ideal for decorating cakes and cookies or for adding texture to pastries.

Sanding sugar does not dissolve when exposed to heat, unlike regular sugar.  It maintains its texture and appearance during baking.  Due to the nature of the product, slight color variations may occur.
