Bak-Krisp ZTF is a concentrated, semi-plastic, no-time base for rapid production of crispy Italian and French bread and rolls.  This base can be used to make Kaiser and hard rolls.  Make delicious bread easily by adding bread base, yeast, salt, water, and flour to make moist, chewy, fluffy bread.

Ingredients
Salt, Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Sugar, Mono- and Diglycerides, Corn Starch, Defatted Soy Flour,  and 2% or Less of Each of the Following:  Potassium Bromate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), L-Cysteine Hydrochloride, Enzymes (contains Wheat)
