Alpine Soy Flex Icing & Shortening

Alpine Soy Flex Icing & Shortening is a domestic soybean-based shortening.  It offers a creamier, more consistent texture, a wider temperature range, and contains no tropical oils.  It has a creamy, buttery type consistency.  It is used in cream fillings, butter cream icing, and creamier, bright, white icings.  Its superb emulsifying power produces finished products of high volume and texture.
