Saf Pro® Frozen 3.1 is a clean label bread improver that is specifically formulated to optimize the shelf life of your frozen dough This DATEM-free product strengthens dough and improves gas retention for a better volume and texture once baked.
Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes.

Add directly to the flour at 0.5 % of the total flour weight.
