A Clean Label Bread Improver
Perfect for many types of bread doughs, including baguettes and artisan breads, the Saf-Pro® Volume 3.1 (formerly Ibis Green) is a trusted bread improver. Using this helps ensure a smoother crust by improving the tolerance of the dough, improving fermentation and helps to avoid a slack dough that's hard to work with.
Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes.
Preparation and Cooking
Add directly to the flour at 0.1 – 0.5% of the total flour weight.
Baguettes, bagels, pizza crusts, mixes, frozen dough, par baked, retarded doughs, no-time dough
Packaging and Storage
Unopened - Shelf life of 24 months (< 80°F / < 70% RH), 3 months after opening
