Pillsbury Carmen's Corn Muffin Mix was designed to allow your bakery to create a multitude of moist, delicious specialties from one easy mix.  It has a rich, moist texture with excellent shelf life and is specially formulated to suspend fruit, nuts, and other specialty ingredients.  It is great for muffins and muffin tops.
