2X Heart of Rye eliminates a wet sour in the production of all varieties of rye and pumpernickel bread.  It is used at a reduced strength and adds flavor and piquancy to all rye breads.

Rye Flour, Salt, Wheat Flour, Ground Caraway Seed, Sugar, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, and 2% or Less of Each of the Following:  Ground Dill See, Natural Flavor
